Torto Organic Chia Seeds - 250g

Black Chia seeds are natural, nutrient-dense and energy boosting. It contains omega 3, omega 6, antioxidant, fibre, vitamin and minerals. Chia can be served with juices, yoghurt, salads or cereal and does not require cooking.

Simply soak chia in room temperature water for 5-10mins and serve.
